Wheelock Manufacturing opened in April of 1991. From our humble beginnings with only 2 - 30 Ton Shuttle Presses, and one wire processing machine in 2,400 square feet of manufacturing space. WMI has grown steadily and now has 11 Vertical Clamp Horizontal injecting 30 ton shuttle presses, 1 - 150 ton Horizontal molding machine, and 2 High Speed lead makers. WMI specializes in small molded parts and molded pigtail connectors. Our primary business is supplying molded pigtails to fractional horsepower motor manufacturers and our customers are some of the largest motor manufacturers in the world. We also provide pigtail trailer connectors for trailer manufacturers and for trailer rental companies. Along with products for Vetrinary Medical and tail and brake light harnesses for after-market Over-The-Road tractor fenders. In 1996 we moved into our present facilities in Morocco, Indiana and have 33,000 square feet of space. Plenty of room for growth now and in the future. WMI is a privately held company.
